Title of respect (Mr. Mrs. Ms.) in Dutch?

for the titles of respect (Mister, Misses,
Miss):

Mr. Jos Verhoef
Mrs. Emma van Oosterhout
Ms. Marga van der Zanden

It is a little more complicated than that. They are not really forms of
respect, but of formality. Anyway, in the address you can write:
Aan de heer Jos Verhoef
Aan mevrouw Emma van Oosterhout
Aan mevrouw Marga van der Zanden.
We do not use "juffrouw" or "mejuffrouw" much, anymore.
Then you write as the first line of your letter:
Geachte heer Verhoef
Geachte mevrouw Van Oosterhout
Geachte mevrouw Van der Zanden.
Mind the capital V as first letter of the name.

ok! Just to make sure. I would like to
use the titel of respect in an acknolodgement
of a book written in English. I would like to
recognize dutch people with the dutch
title of reprect not with Mr. and Mrs because
of respect ;-)

So I could write:
"... I would like to thank you Heer Verhoef for
..., Mevrouw Van der Zanden for this and that ...
and Mr. Allan Smith for ..."
???

In that case you can better write:

I would like to thank you Dhr. Verhoef for
..., Mevr. Van der Zanden for this and that ...

In that case I should write
"... I would like to thank Mr.Jos Verhoef for ..."
"... Mrs. Marga van der Zander for this and that ..."
"... and Mr. Allan Smith for ..."
To me it sounds wrong to use a dutch title in a text that is in english.
For comparision, if you were to write it all in dutch I should recommend:
"... ik wil de heer Jos Verhoef bedanken voor ..."
"... mevrouw Marga van der Zanden voor dit en dat ..."
"... en de heer Allan Smith for ..."
Better to use a language that you are familiar with in a sincere way, than
risk being a little foolish.
